Carpetsure specialises in the cleaning of carpets, rugs, upholstery, curtains and mattresses. Our specialist cleaners ensure a cleaner result in domestic and commercial fields.

We are based in Poole and cover the whole of Dorset and Hampshire. Our operating hours are between 8.00 AM and 6 PM, 7 days a week.

Our company uses only the most advanced cleaning methods which are recommended by carpet manufactures. We use steam pro 2000 power max carpet and upholstery cleaning machines. These are exceptional at removing ground in dirt and soil from deep within the pile.

We only use Prochem cleaning products that are developed in house to meet the strict performance, safety, quality and environmental criteria.

During cleaning every precaution will be taken to ensure your soft furnishings and home contents are properly protected and not damaged. Plastic protectors and foam blocks will be used to protect your furniture from your drying carpet and over shoes will be worn at all times.

Drying times may vary significantly, but the majority of carpets are dry within 4 hours.  The same rule applies for upholstery, some dry a lot quicker than others, but usually within 3 to 5 hours.

Our pricing is honest and simple with no hidden costs. We charge by the square foot and most stain removal is included.

You may see offers from other companies such as the 8.99 per room. If it seems to good to be true it usually is. You cannot clean the carpet successfully for this price. I've had customers that have taken up such offers and unfortunately have ended up with quotes a lot higher than the original deal price.
